Members of the Rockworth Management team have been involved in property management since 1998. The combined experience of the Rockworth Management team includes managing and consulting on more than 20 individual projects representing over 2,500 units in Utah, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Our team has experience managing market rate, low income tax credit as well as senior (assisted living and memory care) communities. Rockworth Management was founded in 2008 and currently manages Commercial and Residential projects as well as home owner associations. Rockworth has managed projects in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada, Washington, Texas, Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
